Serbia are involved in the qualifiers and are only a few days removed from their last European Cup battle as they face the 2016 hosts in an exhibition match.

As part of Group I, Serbia find themselves fourth in the group and are 10 points behind third-placed Albania for the play-off spot in the competition.

They have only two matches remaining in the schedule which effectively eliminates them from the competition.

However, in order to move forward, Serbia need to try and put on impressive performances to help the team's morale and a win over the Frenchmen could go a long way in the team's development.

Serbia recently beat Armenia 2-0 but only have one point as they were deducted three points in their match against Albania. In that match, problems on the pitch resulted in the suspension of the match and eventual forfeiture of the game with a 3-0 win over Serbia. However, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body deducted the points on Serbia as part of their punishment.

Meanwhile, France recently beat European rivals Portugal in their most recent friendly after a goal by Mathieu Valbuena in the 85th minute of the match.

It would prove to be the game's only goal and it gives the Frenchmen a much-needed win over a strong squad.

The victory is only their second in their last five matches after a six-match unbeaten run after their FIFA World Cup appearance.
