Stoke City will look for a result when they travel to Craven Cottage Saturday to face Fulham as the sides square off for their midday tie.
Both clubs have been in less than stellar form in the Premier League and each side would be happy to come away with a point.
For Fulham manager Martin Jol a strong performance at home would be a welcome change from the club's recent showings at Craven Cottage given that Fulham has only won once in the last six matches in front of their home fans.

"It's a very difficult style to play against and they have been effective. But I think football will always prevail," Jol told reporters during a press conference.
"I could try to play like that - but I haven't got the players. They are different from us. I will stick to my beliefs and principles and will let Tony (Pulis) stick to his," he added.
If Tony Pulis is going to see his side prevail they cannot rely solely on the physical style of football they exhibit on the pitch.
The Potters have managed to only score eight times away from home in the league this year and have dropped six of the last seven when facing Fulham at Craven Cottage.
Pulis will need to have a strong showing from both Jonathan Walters and Peter Crouch who lead the club with five goals apiece.
Pulis also has the option of using Brek Shea, the January signing from FC Dallas of Major League Soccer, who is known for his presence down the left side and a knack for scoring goals.
"The work we have done with him has shown that he is very mobile and athletic, and very willing as well," Pulis said of Shea.
