'Fuller House' Spoilers: D.J. Tanner-Fuller as a Widow
The upcoming reboot of the "Full House" series titled "Fuller House" will be showing D.J. Tanner-Fuller as a new widow.
It was revealed that the new series will follow a somewhat similar plot with that in the original series, which had Bob Saget's character getting help to raise his kids after the death of his wife.
In "Fuller House," it will be D.J., played by Candace Bure, who experienced the loss of her husband, leaving her with three sons to raise on her own. Because of that, she will be seeking help from her best friend Kimmy Gibbler, played by Andrea Barber, and Stephanie, played by Jodie Sweetin. Along with that, Kimmy's daughter, played by Soni Bringas, will also be staying in the house.
In the series, D.J. is a veterinarian, while Stephanie is an aspiring musician. It was revealed that Stephanie has yet to settle down in the upcoming series. Meanwhile, fans are wondering if D.J. will be getting back together with her former love, Steve, played by Scott Weinger. It was revealed that he will also be present in the reboot, along with Bob Saget, John Stamos, Dave Coulier, and Lori Loughlin.
The series recently released the trailer for the upcoming season. It was evident that fans were excited to see the "Full House" family once again since the trailer received more than 5.5 million views within the day of its release on YouTube.
Popstar Carly Rae Jepsen recently shared some news about her involvement in the series. She posted on her Twitter account that she had just finished working on the theme song for "Fuller House." Working with Butch Walker, she did not reveal whether it is a new theme song, or a cover of the "Full House" original theme song.
"Fuller House" is expected to premiere on Netflix this Feb. 26.
