'Game of Thrones' Season 5, What to Expect According to the Books

Season 5 and season 6 for "Game of Thrones" was commissioned by HBO on April 8 earlier this year. The fifth season is currently in production and is set to premiere in April 2015.

The fifth season will be comprised of material coming from George R.R. Martin's fourth and fifth novels in "A Song of Ice and Fire" series, "A Feast for Crows," and "A Dance with Dragons" respectively. Althought events taking place in season 5 might be taken from both books simultaneously.

As for what to expect in the fifth season, the fates of a lot of characters are unknown (for those who haven't read the books at least) and fans are anxious as to what will happen to characters like Jon Snow, Tyrion Lannister, and Daenerys Targaryen.
