'Game Of Thrones' Season 6 News: Who's Coming Back In Season 6?

Fans of the medieval fantasy hit series "Game of Thrones" have a little over two months of waiting to go before their favorite characters grace the small screen once again. In an apparent effort to satisfy fans' need for any "GoT" Season 6 information, HBO has released a series of photos showing who among the show's characters are coming back in the next season.

According to a report in Tech Times, the series of photos may also provide some spoilers as to who among the show's characters will be surviving the season and who will not. The series returns on HBO on April 24.

The photos, however, do not show any indication about Jon Snow's fate yet.

The photos reveal that Brandon Stark, who was not present in the past season, will be back in Season 6. Played by Isaac Hempstead Wright, Stark was last seen beginning his training as a warg or someone who can "place his mind in the body of another being and control them." Prior to Season 5, he was last spotted reaching the north of the Wall for the three-eyed Raven.

According to some of the photos, Princess Myrcella will be meeting her death in Season 6 because of an apparent poisoning through a Sand Snake Kiss by Ellaria Sand. The photos reveal several of her relatives, such as Jaime Lannister, her younger brother Tommen and Queen Cersei with a short pixie cut, looking mournful and grieving over her death.

Sansa Stark survives to come back in the coming season, according to the report. In the previous season, she jumped off the high walls of Winterfell to escape from Ramsay Bolton, her husband.

The khaleesi Daenerys Targaryen, on other hand, is seen in the photos still in captivity, with her hands bound and in the presence of the Dothraki. In the previous season, her last moments were spent being surrounded by her captors.

The young but now blind Arya Stark also returns in season 6. According to the report, she is being groomed and trained to become an assassin of the Faceless God, despite her blindness.

The last character revealed in the series of photos is the Red Priestess Melisandre. She is seen on a horse arriving at the Wall. Her presence was earlier rumored to have ties with Jon Snow's fate in the series, as she is said to hold powers to resurrect the fallen Snow.
