'General Hospital' news, cast, spoilers: Jake will continue to save the Corinthos family
There seems to be too much action lined up for this week for "General Hospital" (GH). With Sonny Corinthos' (Maurice Benard) shooting last week, it seems that it's just the start of tensed events that can eventually lead to the truth of Jake's identity.
First things first, according to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, GH will start to focus on Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson) and Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco). Everyone knows that Patrick is intent on making Sam his; however, Sam is still caught up in the memory of Jason (Billy Miller). Patrick tries to convince Sam that they are perfect together, stating all the reasons why he thinks so and he is more than happy to take the place Jason had left where their kids are concerned. However, despite Sam's hesitations, she will apparently say yes to Patrick, which can ultimately cause problems later when the true Jason finally returns.
As for Jason, who is now currently Jake, he is definitely causing great tension for Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst). Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) who saw some sort of epiphany, mistaking Jake for Jason, tells Liz his hopes about Jason still being alive. Liz is trying to stick to her plan of convincing Sonny that Jason is definitely gone for good and that whatever he saw must be all hallucination triggered by his current state.
While Liz is trying to pacify the situation with Sonny, Jake will be off doing more heroic deeds for the Corinthos family. Carly (Laura Wright) will reveal to Jake about Morgan's (Bryan Craig) intention of going after Julian Jerome (William DeVry). TJ Ashfor (Tequan Richmond) will apparently be the one to confess where Morgan will be going to, after he realizes that Morgan may be about to do something stupid. Ultimately, Jake will get there on time and prevent further damage to the Corinthos family, as he gets Morgan out of trouble.
Fans of General Hospital await how it will all go down for Jake and everyone else as a new episode airs every weekday on ABC.
