'General Hospital' Spoilers, Plot Rumors: Secret Will Be Revealed

The upcoming episodes of "General Hospital" are expected to uncover more secrets.

It was reported that drama will take place when Liz Webber, played by Rebecca Herbst, gets a threatening phone call. With that, Jake's secret will be brought into light. It was reported that Liz will receive a phone call from Hayden Barnes, played by Rebecca Budig. Hayden is expected to remind Liz that there are other people who know about Jake Doe's true identity. This worries Liz, thinking that her cram will no longer work.

With that, Jake will then investigate who exactly was behind the phone call since his fiancé was left upset. This will lead to Laura Spencer deciding to tell Liz that she needs to stop the cram. But before she could do that, she will see Nikolas Cassadine, played by Tyler Christopher, trying to kiss Hayden.

Laura will then decide to threaten Hayden with the information of Jake's identity. With that, Hayden will realize that Nik and Liz are keeping secret from her. She will try to get information by listening in on Laura and Nikolas' conversations.

Another character keeping a secret is Paul Hornsby, played by Richard Burgi. Hiding behind his clean name, it tries to cover the fact that he was behind the shooting of Sonny Corinthos, played by Maurine Benard.

However, Sonny is expected to face unfortunate news. While he will make it through surgery, it was reported that he will not yet wake up from the incident. Fans can be reassured though that this will not be a long-term coma. Sonny will soon awake from his condition, only to find out that he might not be able to walk anymore. He will also encounter speech and memory issues.

The latest episode of "General Hospital" will air tonight, Oct. 6.
