'General Hospital' Spoilers: Nathan Reveals Truth, Jason and Sam Pregnant?

A secret will finally be out in the open in this week's "General Hospital." According to a spoiler report by Inquisitr, Nathan will reveal to Maxie the truth about Claudette. He will tell her that Claudette was his wife and he will fill her in with the story including the fact that he married her so that he can stay in the United States. But as noted in the preview, it will appear that he will be withholding some other information.

In the meantime, things between Sam and Jason are going great. Even though they have initially planned to take things slow between them, they will share a passionate night together. Celeb Dirty Laundry detailed that Sam and Jason will finally spontaneously make love and it may result to a surprise pregnancy. It's not confirmed yet but if Sam does get pregnant, they will finally be able to share the moment of celebrating their pregnancy. It can be remembered that their honeymoon was sabotaged due to Franco's abduction of Jason, drugging him and letting him think that he raped Sam who is also drugged. When Sam got pregnant with Danny, there was a paternal issue.

If Sam gets pregnant with Jason, the two will be able to rekindle their relationship and will even have a loving normal pregnancy together. This would also put Liz's hope of getting back together with Jason go down all the drain.

A lot more is bound to happen as well to the other characters of the show. In a separate report by Celeb Dirty Laundry, Tracy's condition will worsen over time. It's still to be known if she will live or die but spoilers suggest that Dr. Hamilton Finn's treatment for her will fail. Dr. Finn has been planning to treat Tracy's brain lesions but it will not be as easy as it seems. And because of Tracy's sickness, she will experience neurological symptoms which her family will notice greatly, especially her turning into nice all of the sudden.
