'Ghosted' Season 1 Episode 2 Spoilers: New Paranormal Agents to Celebrate Halloween on the Job in 'Bee-Mo'

What happens when a skeptic and a true believer in all things paranormal are forced to work together for the greater good? This is the kind of life that former missing persons detective, Leroy Wright (Craig Robinson), and former Stanford professor, Max Jennifer (Adam Scott), will now have to navigate on the new FOX comedy series, "Ghosted."

Despite a rough start, new Bureau Underground agents, Leroy and Max have managed to rise above their differences and initial distrust of each other to keep working on the missing persons case of Mike Checker (Linc Hand), one of the Bureau's finest agents who was beamed into an alien spaceship at the end of the premiere episode.

It was also Checker who mentioned Leroy and Max's names before his final video feed to the Bureau was cut off. The missing agent believed that the two guys, who didn't even know each other at the time, could help the Bureau find him.

What made Checker think this way? The answer is one of the mysteries left hanging in the air, each of which will hopefully be addressed as the series progresses.

With Max, it could probably be because of the fact that he wrote a rather definitive book on multiverse and because his wife happens to be one of a group of people being observed by the Bureau on suspicion of a possible alien abduction.

On the other hand, Leroy's quick thinking and previous reputation as the best missing persons detective in the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), may have been the qualities that made him standout in Checker's mind.

The teaser summary for the next episode, titled "Bee-Mo," reveals that the Bureau's two new agents will be caught in a bind on Halloween when Leroy's 12-year-old nephew, Jermaine (Ethan Drake Davis), get infected with a zombie-like virus after being bitten by a demon cat.

The preview for the said episode further reveals that Leroy and Max will be having a hard time trying to bring the manic kid down before he ends up biting his panicking uncle.
