'Gilmore Girls' Revival News: Two More Original Characters Returning

With the revival of "Gilmore Girls" fast approaching, fans are waiting to hear who else they will see back in the small screens.

It was previously announced that the hit series "Gilmore Girls" will be making a come back within the year. With the production of the revival already started, there have been news on who has been seen on the set of series. Reports confirmed that two more original characters of the series will be seen once again.

One of the characters is Francie, who is a fan favorite. The actress who portrays the character, Emily Bergl, announced the news on her official media accounts. According to Gilmore News, Bergl is excited to be working on the series again. She tweeted that she was already back on the set of the series.

She also posted a photo on Instagram, with the caption, "Watch out Paris the b----- is back #gilmoregirls #gilmoregirlsrevival" Apart from Bergl, it was revealed that Jenny McCarthy will also be making an appearance nin the upcoming revival.

According to E! News, the comedian is looking forward to her invovlment in the series. Fellow cast member Michel Gerard also spoke to E! News about McCarthy's enthusiasm regarding the revival. He said, She didn't need to be talked into it! She wanted to do it from the start. They figured it out, clearly, and there's no one that is happier than me."

He also reassued fans that it will be a nostalgic experience seeing their favorite characters back on the set of the series, "It's like going back to a house that you grew up in, but at the same time it's exciting because you have another shot that's something that was very meaningful and had impacted a lot of people. It's exciting to have something new to give to the fans!"

"Gilmore Girls" revival is expected to air on Netflix later this year.
