'Gilmore Girls' Updates: Logan Confirmed to be Rory's Baby Daddy?

New details about the father of Rory's (Alexis Bledel) baby have surfaced in the potential second part of the "Gilmore Girls" sequel on Netflix.

Finn (Tanc Sade) and Colin (Alan Loayza), two of Logan's (Matt Czuchry) best friends, are convinced that he is the baby's daddy. According to Bustle, both actors were present during the "Gilmore Girls Fan Fest" held last Oct. 20-22 in Kent. When asked who they think was the Gilmore baby's father, Sade jokingly pointed at himself. Loayza, on the other hand, said that it could only be Logan. Fans of the series can remember Finn and Colin as Logan's closest friends who were also members of the Life & Death Brigade.

"It's gotta be Logan," Loayza said. "And that's purely from a selfish standpoint because we would be the uncles. So if they bring it back, we would be doing crazy uncle stuff and probably putting the baby in some Life & Death Brigade adventures... A little mini umbrella for the baby."

There have been a lot of speculations about Logan being the biological father of Rory's child. During the revival, he and Rory were having an affair even though he was already engaged to a French heiress. Although Rory had her own boyfriend that time, she was never seen with him. If Logan is indeed the baby's father, one of the highlights in the much-awaited part two will be the moment he tells his family that he is breaking off the engagement.

Meanwhile, spoilers indicate that things will not always be rosy for Luke (Scott Patterson) and Lorelai (Lauren Graham) in the second part of "A Year in the Life." It has been teased that just like any other married couple, they will face different sets of problems, one being Luke's jealousy of Christopher's (David Sutcliffe) presence in his wife's life. Chris is Rory's dad and Lorelai's first love.
