Giuliana Rancic Baby Surrogate 'On Board' for Baby No. 2

Giuliana and Bill Rancic are ready to give son Duke a sibling and have already asked their surrogate, Delphine, to carry their child for a second time. Things are lining up for the family who has had trouble conceiving and used Delphine to carry son Duke.

"We've got everything in place," Bill told Life & Style magazine. "We've got our carrier, who carried Duke – she's on board. Having a brother or sister in the house is definitely in the future for Duke."

The couple has had known problems with conceiving and eventually turned to Delphine for help. She successfully carried Duke to term and gave birth to the healthy baby boy. Delphine was featured on the couple's reality series "Giuliana and Bill" but had her face blurred and voice not heard to protect her privacy. However, once baby Duke was born, Delphine was shown for the first time.

"She doesn't watch a lot of TV," Giuliana said in the premiere of the reality show. "When we met, she had no idea who she was meeting."

Delphine came to the United States from France and wanted to work as an au pair; instead she married, moved to Colorado and had two kids. She decided to help others make their own dreams come true by carrying children for them. Delphine was matched with Giuliana and Bill through an agency and a pregnancy soon ensued.

"She never had any trouble getting pregnant and she just wanted to help, to make a difference for parents who couldn't do this on her own," Bill said.

Even though Bill and Giuliana are still trying to have a child on their own, they are grateful for Delphine's help and loyalty. She has remained a part of their lives and is the perfect person to carry a second child.

"It doesn't matter how you get your little baby," Bill told the magazine. "When you're holding the baby in your arms and you see their smile, it doesn't matter."
