The Australian paranormal drama "Glitch" is expected to return soon for its second season, as filming for the TV series is currently underway and will reportedly continue until the end of March.

The next installment to "Glitch" is expected to explore further the lives of the undead, including their involvement with Dr. Elishia McKellar (Genevieve O'Reilly).

A photo from the set has been shared on the show's official Facebook page, and theories suggest that one of the characters from the seven "undead" may land in the hospital in one of the episodes of the upcoming season. Should this be the case, more secrets about the "undead" characters could be revealed.

Aside from the occasional tease of set photos and additional character announcements, very few details about "Glitch" season 2 is currently available for the show's fans and viewers. So far, one of the few confirmed details about the upcoming season is the casting of Rob Collins as a character named Phil. However, the role he will play in the drama series still remains unclear.

Aside from the addition of Collins, the titles of the first two episodes of "Glitch" season 2 have also been revealed. The first episode is titled "Two Truth" and is based on the screenplay written by Louise Fox. On the other hand, Guila Sandler wrote the screenplay for the second episode titled "Ashes to Ashes."

According to the International Business Times AU, ABC head of script production Sally Rile previously mentioned the second season of "Glitch" in a statement, saying:

"Glitch really broke the mould for ABC drama when audiences flocked to binge watch this fantastic paranormal mystery on iview. In 2017, we are going to shock, surprise and thrill fans, both returning and new, with what we have in store for Season 2."

"Glitch" season 2 is expected to arrive later this year, with all six episodes of the forthcoming season having a run time of 60 minutes each. The show will air in Australia on ABC TV, and will be released internationally on Netflix.
