The Warriors are doing very well so far as they are looking to break records and march into the playoffs as the title favourites again and deservingly so.
With players like Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson in the line-up, the Warriors have posted their best numbers to date and it seems like there is no slowing them down.
However, the Mavericks are an older team but have used their experience to get one win over the Warriors.
Dirk Nowitzki, Deron Williams and Wesley Matthews may not be as popular as their counterparts, but they have proven to be effective when needed and have lifted the Mavericks to heights not expected of them this season.
Most importantly, they hold a win over the Warriors and have a slight mental advantage as they look to do it again.
In the first meeting, it was a dominant 114-91 win for the Mavericks as they outscored the Warriors in each of the four quarters to get the win.
Playing without Curry, the Warriors found it tough to get the points they needed and Ian Clark did his best to cover for the MVP being out as he finished with 21 points on the night.
However, he was beaten by JJ Barea of the Mavericks who had 23 points and six rebounds to help get the win.
