At the moment, the Warriors lead the Pacific Division with an incredible 26-1 record as they are comfortably above their rivals such as the Los Angeles Clippers.
On the other hand, the Jazz are locked in a tight race in the middle of the Northwest with a 12-14 record. At the moment, the Oklahoma City Thunder have a stronghold on the division and the Jazz are also trying to hold off rivals such as the Denver Nuggets who are hot on their tracks.
The two teams have already met once this season and it was a tight affair which surprised many.
Before the clash, many believed that the Warriors would just simply coast against the Jazz, but as soon as the game started, Utah showed that they would have the Warriors work for a victory.
Golden State had a small lead almost throughout the game but Utah kept it close with their gritty game play and only lost by three in a 106-103 game.
Stephen Curry was his usual self with 26 points, six rebounds and five assists as he carried the Warriors to another win – their 19th straight at the time.
However, Utah relied on Derrick Favors to keep things tight as he had 23 points and 10 rebounds in the loss.
