Google Nexus 2015 rumors and updates
A picture of the black variant LG Nexus 5x has surfaced on the Internet just recently. The snapshot shows the front and the back of the handset, and even includes the "purported" specifications of the device.
The handset's image that has surfaced suggests that the device is possibly referred to as "Project N3" internally by its developers, according to GSM Arena's report. The code name that the handset was given is just aptly named since it will be the third LG Nexus that will be coming out.
Before the black version of the rumored Nexus 2015 came out, a picture of a white version was leaked. Both photos show that the two color variants have the handset fingerprint scanner placed under the camera at the back, while its LED flash and laser autofocus are placed on the side of the rear shooter.
According to the handset's purported specifications, LG Nexus 5x will have a 5.2-inch display with full-HD resolution support. The device is said to be powered with a Snapdragon 808 chipset with a 1.8 gigahertz hexa-core processor and a 2 GB RAM. The new Nexus will have Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and will come in two storage versions, 32 GB and 64 GB. The rear camera is said to be 12.3 megapixels, but Phone Arena claims that the device will be listed with a 13-megapixel camera on LG's official product page. This Nexus is reportedly packed with a 2,700 mAh battery. It is also expected that the 32 GB model will cost $399, while the 64 GB variant will cost about $449.
The Nexus 2015 handsets from Huawei and LG are expected to launch on Sept. 29 at a Google event, but no official invites have been given out yet. Nexus fans all around the world can't wait for the launch of LG and Google's latest technology.
