"Gotham" Season 3 returns with the new Poison Ivy. Producers say Jerome to possibly come back in the fourth season.
"Gotham" fans will only have to wait a few more weeks before Season 3 premiers on Fox. Reports say that not only will the next season be more explosive than Season 2, but also some "adorable" characters will reprise their roles. One such popular character is Jerome, who has delighted viewers the past seasons.
Creators of the villain-centered series disclosed that they are planning to bring Jerome back. According to John Stephens, executive producer of "Gotham", they will be creating an "architecture" for his character to return. He explained that there would be underground groups which will start to talk about Jerome's comeback, just like how people talked about John the Baptist.
But Jerome's fans may have to wait longer, since Stephens said that they will possibly let Jerome return to the series on Season 4.

New Poison Ivy revealed
Meanwhile, as talks about the new season of "Gotham" trend online, one of the show's regular villains returns on Season 3. Poison Ivy once again appears, but she is not a little girl anymore. She has grown older and definitely more beautiful than ever.
Poison Ivy has aged after she battled with an Indian Hill monster. She is now a mature young woman who has mastered her powers.

In the days of "Batman and Robin", Poison Ivy had red hair and was as mysterious as ever. But in "Gotham", she looks tamer, but nonetheless lovely. Maggie Geha plays Poison Ivy and Ivy Pepper in the series.
Stephens added that they have reinvented the character and made her strong and mature. Her transformation from a small girl to a young adult will be difficult for her initially as she has not completed her aging process.
He also divulged that the character that Poison Ivy was able to escape can age people at will. The creature can spare the person's life just like what happened to Ivy.
Harley Quinn to appear in Gotham?
Aside from the return of Jerome and Poison Ivy growing up, there are also rumors that Harley Quinn will also make a guest appearance in the show. Creators said that if she does appear, the setting will be in a night club.
