'Graceland' season 3 episode 12 spoilers and episode 11 recap: The team discovers something about Briggs
In the next episode of "Graceland" titled "Dog Catches Car," the official synopsis reads, the feud between the Sarkissians and a local gang begins to heat up, while Briggs' motives are finally revealed and Mike hunts for the sarin gas.
In the promo for the episode, the team falls apart as they struggle to understand the logic behind Briggs' actions. Someone on the team is in serious danger, which almost results to death. The episode will set up the finale nicely.
The previous episode began with Johnny after he was beaten up by the gang members. He was helped by a woman who was the actual leader of the gang and he was welcomed with open arms. Meanwhile, Jakes and Charlie were looking at their bank statements since they were trying to flush out Germaine, in order to arrest him. Johnny came back looking like hell but he was successful in getting in the gang.
Briggs wanted to pull Johnny out, but the latter was adamant about staying in as he wanted to finish the job. Briggs agreed after the others took Johnny's side. Mike showed the others the flyers that he found in Gusti's apartment and he remained suspicious of Briggs.
Mike believed that Briggs had something to do with the sarin gas, but the others do not believe it. In the meantime, Briggs and Ari were in a bar talking. Ari was pretending to cry about the death of his uncle Tevin, which was not that convincing. Briggs suggested to think about a pet that died, but Ari had no pets at all. Martun arrived at the bar and Ari cried to him as he told the former that everything has been arranged.
Briggs was worried about Soto who might hit the funeral, but Martun told him that funerals are sacred and the trio drank to Tevin's memory. Jakes and Charlie had set up their fake account, while Johnny talked to Lady Arrabuena, the leader of the gang.
Meanwhile, Mike struggled to understand what Briggs was up to as he looked at a map with strings that just leaves him more confused, and this prompted him to visit Gusti. Jakes and Charlie ran into some problems as they cornered Germaine at a horse race.
Briggs suggested to Ari that he should have more guards at the funeral. The others discovered that Briggs moved a crate on the pier and that he had the sarin gas. Johnny called and told them that something is going down. Mike said that they are needed in Los Angeles.
