If these teams falter and Dallas gets a win over Green Bay, they will all end up with similar records.
On the other hand, the Packers are atop the NFC North with a 8-4 pip so far in the season. Close behind them are the Minnesota Vikings with a 8-5 record, while the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions complete the table.
Things are certainly very shaky for the Packers but if their last game was any indication, luck is still on their side.
Green Bay were on the brink of losing their second straight game against the Detroit Lions if it wasn't for a desperation play that led to a touchdown with no time left on the clock. This is Green Bay's second win in their last six games and are trying to turn the season around in the final part of the season.
On the other hand, the Cowboys had a reprieve as they beat the Washington Redskins 19-16 to only get their second win in the last 10 games. They will now try to build a winning streak at the expense of the Packers.
