'Grey's Anatomy' Season 10 Episodes Praised by ABC President
ABC medical drama "Grey's Anatomy" is one of the network's most popular and successful shows. Recently, network president Paul Lee spoke at the TCA Press Tour about the show, praising it highly. Executive producer Shonda Rhimes also spoke at the TCA Press tour.
The network president spoke about how much respect he has for the show and executive producer Shonda Rhimes, according to Beauty World News.
"Shonda Rhimes is one of the greatest writers that our generation has seen. She's continuing to write an immensely powerful show. It makes you laugh and cry every week, and what season are we now?" Lee said.
Lee added praise to Rhimes, but complimenting the fact that she is able to create two very popular shows that are different from each other, "Grey's Anatomy," and "Scandal."
"And by the way, to her enormous credit, it is completely different than 'Scandal.' And I love it. I think it's going to stay on the network for many years to come," he said.
Shonda Rhimes also spoke at the TCA Press Tour, according to Beauty World News. Rhimes spoke to the question of how long the show would remain on air.
"I see the show going as long as I continue to be interested in the show," adding, "And then I don't know about the network, because they might see it going after me. But as I see it, as long as I'm interested and have stories to tell, I'm excited about being there," the executive producer Shonda Rhimes said.
