'Grey's Anatomy' Season 12 Episode 21 Spoilers: Arizona and Callie Seek Support; Who Sides Whom?

ABC's hit medical drama TV series "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 returns this week with a brand new episode that could see a great divide between the good doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.

Spoiler alert for those who missed "Trigger Happy," Arizona handed Callie her lawyer's calling card signifying that things are about to go down south when the latter pitches in that she's going to bring their daughter Sophia with her to New York City. Arizona is strongly against Callie's plan as she wants the kid to continue her middle school year in Seattle. Worse, Callie didn't consult Arizona about it.

According to the spoiler reports for the upcoming episode titled "You're Gonna Need Someone On Your Side," the two warring women will be seeking support from their colleagues at the hospital.

In the promo video released by the network for the upcoming episode, it can be deduced that Dr. Webber will back up Arizona. In fact, the clip sees him talking to the mother inside the car, encouraging her to fight for her custody of Sophia.

"If you want your daughter then you're gonna have to fight," Dr. Webber said in the video.

Arizona will also be asking April's side on the conflict. It's more than likely that April will support the doctor after what they've been through.

Callie and Penny, on their part, will also be drawing help from their friends. However, the partners know too well that they might lose some along the way because of what they are about to do.

Callie, in particular, will speak up with Meredith, perhaps soliciting her opinion with regards to the Sophia custody issue. She will also try to have Alex join the fray for her. The two have been close as coworkers and friends but the man might be having some apprehensions this time around.

"Are you asking me to take a stand?" he asked.

Find out how these events turn out when "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 airs this Thursday, Apr. 28 at 8 on ABC.
