'Grey's Anatomy' Season 12 Finale Spoilers: Jackson to Deliver April's Baby, Amelia Gets Wedding Jitters, Maggie's Heart Breaks
American medical drama television series "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 is coming to an end. But before it could close to head on to its next season, the show has prepped up a finale episode that will have fans watch out for it as a wedding is coming up, a baby is arriving and heart is breaking. According to a report by Inquisitr, April will be going on labor. The teaser trailer showed April experiencing labor pains but due to some unrevealed circumstance, she will be having a hard time heading over to the hospital.
Good thing Jackson is going to be around for the moment though. And it seems like he will be delivering his own child too. It may not be an easy task since April and Jackson previously lost their child, which was basically the starting point of their marriage crumbling. It's also this baby that brought them together again but perhaps the arrival of their new child will be the bridge that will connect them once and for all. They just might remember everything that they loved about each other.
Meanwhile, Amelia and Owen are finally going to tie the knot. But Yahoo! TV detailed that Amelia will be getting cold feet. The teaser trailer showed Amelia getting nervous for the big day. Meredith is there to comfort her and even asks her what she wants her to do for her. The question of Amelia walking down the aisle is also making fans queasy. Will she do it? Will she say yes?

In an interview with TVLine, Caterina Scorsone, the actress who plays Amelia, revealed that her character is in love with Owen and that's nothing to doubt about. But in the morning of the wedding day, her world suddenly turns upside down as she is having some issues with her family of origin.
The season finale episode will have sisters breaking their ties. As stated in UnrealityTV, Maggie will be crushed and heartbroken after finding out that her sister Meredith is sleeping with her ultimate crush Nathan. This "betrayal" will cause Maggie to once and for all cut her relationship with Meredith. But fans will have to stay tuned to find out more of what will happen them.
"Grey's Anatomy" season 12 episode 24 titled "Family Affair" will air on May 19 on ABC.
