Later on, Meredith feels the same when she points out that two of their new patients look like their friends.

"Are you seeing what I'm seeing? George (T.R. Knight) and Cristina (Sandra Oh)," Meredith tells Alex.

The one that looks like Cristina even sounds like her, when she suddenly snaps at the doctors of Grey Sloan for staring at them.

"Stop looking at us, we are not your friends!" she tells everyone in the emergency room.

Grey Sloan's new patients will be coming from an accident at the county fair, where a roller coaster derails and causes major injuries, according to the episode 7 listing on The Futon Critic.

Meanwhile, Bethany Joy Lenz, who is famously known for playing Hope in "One Tree Hill," is coming this season 14 for a guest arc, E News! confirmed.

Details about Lenz' story are still kept under wraps, but it has been revealed that her character is named Jenny. Since the show recently said farewell to Martin Henderson's Nathan, Grey Sloan could use another doctor to join them, which could be Lenz' Jenny.

Catch "Grey's Anatomy" season 14 every Thursday night at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
