'Grimm' Season 5 Episode 18 Spoilers: Bone-Sucking Wesen Terrorizes Portland

NBC's hit supernatural drama TV series "Grimm" Season 5 returns this week with a brand new and horrifying brand new episode which could see the end of one of Nick's friends. Meanwhile, Hank reunites with someone very important from his past.

The promo trailer for episode 18 titled "Good To The Bone," hinted the dire circumstance that Wu will find himself as he becomes a subject of a Wesen attack. The clip reveals that the monster sticking his long tongue in a victim's mouth to suck everything therein, leaving nothing but the layer of skin.

Wu, Nick and Hank arrived to the crime scene. The police officer then said, "I don't think there's a bone left inside this guy's body."

The Wesen's preferred way of killing his victim won't be the only terrifying thing to be shown in hour. The teaser also shows the entity dragging what appears to be an unconscious body of Wu.

"I think he's got Wu," Nick appears to be worried as he tells Hank. The recent events in the character's life may give fans the reason to believe that the officer might be capable of taking care of himself from the Wesen attack. However, with him being rendered unconscious, viewers are quite anxious to find out if Wu can make it out alive this time around.

Aside from Wu's woes, the synopsis from the Futon Critic hinted that Hank will reunite with a former flame, Zuri. It would be interesting to see how Hank handles the situation.

The entirety of the summary reads:

When a man is found dead with all of the bones in his body seemingly liquefied and removed, Nick (David Giuntoli) and Hank (Russell Hornsby) find themselves in the middle of a gruesome family arrangement. Meanwhile, Wu (Reggie Lee) deals with a crisis of his own and Hank reunites with his old flame, Zuri (guest star Sharon Leal)

For those who missed it, the series has been renewed for a Season 6, which is speculated to be its last.

"Grimm" Season 5 airs Fridays, at 9 on NBC.
