'Grimm' Season 5 News, Spoilers: Adalind Goes Into Labor In New Sneak Peek

Perhaps there's still some wonderful things that are about to happen to Nick when NBC's hit supernatural drama TV series "Grimm" returns to the small screen with its brand new Season 5.

It has been reported that the season opener titled "The Grimm Identity" will pick up right after the devastating events of Season 4's finale called "Cry Havoc."

The show's protagonist will be found in certain depths of agony following the death of his lady love, Juliette. Fans may remember Nick's protégé, Trubel, killing the doctor-turned-Hexenbiest when Juliette, in her beast form, attempted to harm Nick. Despite of the fact that he knows that Juliette may have something to do with the death of his mother, Kelly, Nick still felt devastated to see Juliette go.

According to the synopsis provided by the network, Nick will be lost in so much darkness that he will tend to become withdrawn from the people around him. In fact, he will be suspended from his service when his depression begins to affect his job.

However, Nick's dark clouds still has some silver linings, as suggested in the latest sneak peek for one of the episodes in Season 5 (shared via SpoilerTV.com).

The clip features Bud trying to console Adalind for what happened to Diana while serving her his "family's recipe" of pancakes. He reminds her that she's not eating for one but also for the child growing inside her. On that note, Adalind began to feel discomfort which then prompted the two to assume that the baby is already coming.

Bud seems to have lost his focus on the situation so Adalind barks at him to get the car instead of calling Nick about what is happening to her.

The "Grimm" Season 5 premiere is slated to air Friday, Oct. 30, on NBC. Stay tuned for more updates.
