'GTA 5' DLCs: Christmas and Lowriders Part 2 DLC Could Release in December
It looks like "GTA V" fans will have a couple of things to look forward to this month in the form of two new DLCs. Although not confirmed, the leaked info did come from the game files.
User funmw2 writes in GTAForum.com:
"LondonTown2004 have checked the file again and found out that EventPlanning have been updated with two new ID's
"LOW_2_MP" and "XMAS_3_MP" classified as DLC's
We have to wait for confirmation as we don't know if London is reliable. But it makes sense as they've added Halloween update with Lowriders 1 They can have a new Holiday update added with Lowriders 2"
"LOW_2_MP" most probably refers to a Lowriders Part 2 DLC, while "XMAS_3_MP" could mean Rockstar Games will be releasing a Christmas multiplayer DLC for the third year in a row, said YouTuber and "Grand Theft Auto" leakster DomisLive, who first revealed this info.
DomisLive further speculates that Rockstar will probably release the DLCs in much the same fashion as it did the Lowriders Part 1 and the Halloween DLC previously. This means Lowriders Part 2 DLC will come out first to be followed by the Christmas DLC later in the month, DomisLive says.
Rockstar recently added a new adversary mode to "GTA Online." Titled "Running Back," the brand-new permanent mode was created in the spirit and tradition of American Football, says the developer.
Running Back will have two teams, with four to eight players each, and they will face each other on the road. One team will have a player riding a Benefactor Panto who must get to the end zone line. But this will not easy to do as the other team will try to block, crash, and otherwise stop this player from reaching the goal. These players on the defense and the rest of the players on the offensive side will drive Biftas. The new mode is available in Raton Canyon Bridge, Zancudo Tunnel, and La Mesa Bridge.
As for the two new DLCs, "GTA V" players will have to wait for the official announcement from Rockstar Games.
