GTA V Online Developer Sued by Lindsay Lohan
Rockstar games, the creator of Grand Theft Auto V, is being sued by actress Lindsay Lohan who claims the company used her likeness for crafting one of the characters in the game.
The report originates from TMZ and states that Lindsay has brought her lawyers in to file a lawsuit against Rockstar for creating a character named Lacey Jonas who she feels is based off of her. The suit was filed earlier today in Manhattan where Rockstar Games corporate headquarters are located.
Rockstar has not commented on the matter.

In other news, a new GTA V online software update will roll out this week in celebration of Independence Day.
This July 4th special will add new vehincles, weapons and properties to Rockstar's online multiplayer mode. Some of the vehicles include the Sovereign motorcycle and the Liberator monster truck. New weapons such as the retro Musket and Firework Rocket Launcher will now be available inside Ammu-Nation.
New properties will be added to the Dynasty 8 rolls with locations in Paleto Bay, Vinewood Hills and the Pleasure Pier which will now have access to the Ferris Wheel and Leviathan Roller Coaster. Patriotic t-shirts, haircuts and masks will also be available.
The update will bring some patches and tweaks to the game that include On Call Matchmaking to allow users to accept a Job invite and keep playing until its full.
The GTA V Online Heists DLC release will be delayed, according to a Rockstar announcement made last month.
The new content was scheduled to launch for the game during the spring, but it will be pushed back due to the content taking longer to create than originally expected.
"We know many fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of the Online Heists that we had planned to release for you this spring, and they are taking more time to create than originally anticipated. We are very sorry for the delay, and we are working hard to bring them to you as soon as we can," said Rockstar.
