While it has yet to be confirmed, fans are already looking forward to seeing them take on these characters. The character Ayesha has been featured in several comics. Fans can recognize her as Paragon as well, and is expected to bring a connection to another upcoming Marvel film, "Doctor Strange."

The director of the film, James Gunn, recently spoke about what else to expect from the upcoming film. He explained that the team is going to offer a different take on the word of Marvel.

According to Slash Film, he said, "We really are separate from the Avengers, and I don't think people should assume too many things about the Guardians play in all this, because we have our own galaxy to take care of. We have our own galaxy to save. Earth is the Avengers' province.

Thinking that everything is going to come together in a perfect way is not necessarily the way it's going to happen." Gunn also hinted that the film will bring a lot of significance to the Infinity Stone, which fans know will bring a whole new dimension to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
