Halle Berry Pregnant, Expecting Baby Boy With Fiance Olivier Martinez

Halle Berry is reportedly expecting a child with her fiance Olivier Martinez, with sources claiming the actress is three months along in her pregnancy.

Insiders affiliated with the couple revealed that they are expecting a baby boy together. The child will be Berry's second as she has a 5-year-old daughter, Nahla, from a previous relationship with model Gabriel Aubry, according to TMZ.com.

Video footage showing a confrontation between Martinez, 47, and a paparazzi photographer surfaced Monday, and while critics jumped to conclusions, the pregnancy news offers more insight into what exactly ensued.

In the video Martinez, who was involved with a violent brawl with Aubry in November, appears to make contact with the photographer after Berry, 46, demands that the swarm of paparazzi surrounding them move away.

"Get away, there's a child!" Berry was heard yelling in the video.

When the photographers ignore the actress, Martinez appeared to kick one of them, which resulted in an angry confrontation.

"Why did you hit me?!" one paparazzo yelled.

"Because there's a child here you idiots!" Berry angrily responded. The actress is seen holding Martinez back as the French actor grows increasingly irate.

While some critics condemned Martinez's reaction, others believe that the French actor likely felt compelled to be more protective of his stepdaughter and fiance, particularly because she was pregnant.

The couple was returning from a family vacation in Hawaii and immediately got into a awaiting SUV after the incident.

Berry first began dating Martinez in 2010 just months after ending her 4-year relationship with Aubry, 37. The couple, who met on the set of "Dark Tide," announced their engagement in 2012.

"[Halle] had given up on being married, but she trusts Olivier. He makes her feel safe. He's a keeper!" a source previously told Us magazine regarding the couple's engagement.

The marriage will mark Berry's third and Martinez's first.
