'Hawaii Five-O' Season 7 Spoilers: Task Force Takes On a Murderer of Serial Killers; Special Women in Steve's Life Return for 150th Episode
Steve McGarrett's past and present girlfriends will be coming back as well as another special woman in his life.
An exciting mix of action, danger and mystery await viewers in the "Hawaii Five-O" Season 7 premiere. CBS has released the synopsis for the opener where it was revealed that the Five-O Task Force will go after a murderous vigilante who becomes a big threat to the safety of the people of Hawaii.
Dead bodies found at headquarters
The team will find a body of a serial killer in the Five-O headquarters and a serious search is conducted. But, it turns out that it was not the only dead body they will find. The body of another dead serial killer shows up in the same vicinity. It would also seem that the killer of the serial killers wants to play games with the authorities because chess pieces are found lodged inside both victims' mouths.

The otherwise peaceful area will be filled with terror, with tourists and visitors alike feeling unsafe in a place where they went to seek relaxation in the first place. Rosalind Chao will be the first guest to appear in "Hawaii Five-O" Season 7. She will play the role of Governor Keiko Mahoe.
Catherine Rollins returns
Meanwhile, it was such a disappointment to the fans of former couple Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) and Catherine Rollins (Michelle Borth) that there will not be a second chance for them. The announcement of Catherine coming back in "Hawaii Five-O" Season 7 ignited the fans' hopes that a reconciliation is in the works for them.
Executive Producer Peter Lenkov was quick to dash the expectations when he said that Catherine's return will be work-related more than anything. He added that with everything the two characters have gone through, he just could not see her coming back into the relationship and them starting over again.
Special women in Steve's life
Add this to the fact that Steve has a new girlfriend since the previous season of "Hawaii Five-O". Lynn Downey (Sarah Carter) will be back in the new season, as well as another special woman in Steve McGarrett's life, his mom, Doris McGarrett ( Christine Lahti). Both will make an appearance in "Hawaii Five-O's" 150th milestone episode.
Bromance continues
Steve's bromance with his partner Daniel Williams (Scott Caan) will still go strong. Last season's "Hawaii Five-O" finale showed the length one of them would go to save the other's life. They went undercover on a drug case when Steve was seriously injured and Danno had to expose their cover in order to save his partner's life. Danno donated half of his liver to his friend when a liver transplant was necessary.
The "Hawaii Five-O" Season 7 premiere airs on September 23 on CBS.
