Hedi Klum to Guest Star on 'Parks and Recreation'

With the premiere of the sixth season of hit NBC comedy "Parks and Recreation" set for Sept. 26, details about the first episode of the new season are starting to emerge. Most recently, it was announced that reality show judge and model Hedi Klum will be a guest star on the season premiere.

Hedi Klum, most well know as a reality show judge for fashion show "Project Runway" and talent show "America's Got Talent," will be making her comedy acting debut with "Parks and Recreation" this fall, according to Entertainment Weekly. It is unclear if Klum will be a recurring character.

It seems that quite a few guest stars are lined up to appear in a star-studded "Parks and Recreation" premiere.

Henry Winkler, famous for his role of Fonzi on "Happy Days" and more recently as the Bluth's bumbling lawyer on "Arrested Development" has landed a role in the season premiere. He will be playing father to spoiled playboy Jean-Ralphio, a role played by Ben Shwartz, according to The Hollywood Reporter. There is potential that winkler will become a recurring character.

Also joining the premiere cast is "Veronica Mars" and "House of Lies" star Kristin Bell. Bell will play a stuck up Councilwoman from the wealthy enemy town of Eagleton. As with Klum and Winkler, it is unknown if Bell will have a recurring role on the hit NBC comedy.

The "Parks and Recreation" premiere will take place in London. And, much to fan's delight, it will be an hour long episode. It airs on Sept. 26.
