Hell's Kitchen Season 16 Spoiler: A Military Camp?

Season 16 has a new twist. On its premiere episode, the 18 chefs were stunned when they found themselves inside a U.S. military training boot camp. This is where the initial challenge took place before they were allowed to get inside Hell's Kitchen Academy. It was a test of commitment.

When they proved themselves that they can face all of the challenges that are waiting for them inside the academy, they were then grouped into two teams, according to gender: Red for women and Blue for men.
