Hollywood's Funny Leading Man, Seth Rogen, Ties the Knot

In what felt like a plot from Seth Rogan's next starring role in a Judd Apatow movie, the normally funny Rogen had to play serious as he married long time girlfriend Lauren Miller on Sunday Oct. 2.

Rogen, 29, the highly successful new breed of clowning everyday Hollywood leading man, and his writer wife, Miller, 30, were married in Sonoma, Calif. after they became engaged in 2010.

Us Weekly reported the wedding featured a female rabbi and a great time with one source telling Us Weekly, "Every other line was a joke and crowd couldn't contain their laughter. It was nonstop fun."

There were also a slew of Rogen's fellow funny men like – Adam Sandler, Jonah Hill, Paul Rudd, and Judd Apatow.

The two began dating in 2004 when they met as writers for "Da Ali G Show."

In an interview with Howard Stern from last year, Rogen talks about not having a prenup written up because he believes Miller is the "one" saying "Marriage can be expensive and if I lose millions then it'll be the best millions I've spent."

Currently Rogen is starring in "50/50," a comedic drama focusing on the relationship of best friends when one of them gets cancer. Joseph Gordon Levitt is his co-star and plays the friend that gets cancer. Rogen based the entire movie after an experience he had with his own friend getting cancer.

Rogen's first role was in "Freaks and Geeks." After the show's short run, he wrote for "Da Ali G Show" where he was persuaded into further pursuing acting.

He received a background role in "The 40-Year-Old Virgin" and went on to feature in films like "Knocked Up" and "Funny People" as well as co-write "Superbad," "Pineapple Express," and "The Green Hornet."

He has also done voice work in a few films, most recently in "Paul," where he plays an alien.
