'How to Get Away with Murder' season 2 spoilers: Does Rebecca Sutter have a twin?

Fans have been waiting on what will happen on "How to Get Away with Murder" now that one of the main cast, Rebecca Sutter (Katie Findlay), is dead. The first season's mystery revolved around the death of Sam Keating (Tom Verica) and Lila Stangard (Megan West) and ended with Rebecca's ultimate demise. And on the upcoming season, Rebecca's murder will be the new mystery to solve for Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) and her team of brilliant law students.

Pete Nowalk, the hit program's executive producer, teases on Entertainment Weekly that Findlay will still be seen this season. The show's anxious viewers are speculating whether it will be like just in the first season where Sam and Lila were seen through flashbacks, or if this means that Rebecca Sutter might have a twin sister.

Fans have connected this theory of Rebecca having a twin because of the last text ("Eggs 911 Lawyer's House") she sent before she got killed. Some have interpreted the code as a call for help to a person Rebecca knows well, seeing that she had the number memorized. Rumors are spreading about the possibility of Findlay returning as Rebecca's twin, but the creators are keeping mum about further details.

On the other hand, the main cast will be joined by a brand-new set of cast members this season 2. The new cast includes actors Matt Cohen ("Supernatural"), Amy Okuda ("Brooklyn Nine-Nine"), Kendrick Sampson ("The Vampire Diaries"), and Famke Janssen ("The X-Men," "The Wolverine," and "Taken"). Janssen is rumored to play a, "brilliant, revered defense attorney who takes her job very seriously." Meanwhile, according to Deadline, Cohen is described to play as a, "sexy, edgy working class guy." No other details were given on what the characters of Okuda and Sampson will do.

The legal drama thriller will be back this Sept. 24 on ABC.
