'How to Get Away With Murder' Season 2B Spoilers: New Characters Will Be Introduced
Few episodes remain before the second season of "How to Get Away With Murder" ends, and the ABC crime drama series does not stop giving the audience more mysteries. Reports say that new characters will still be introduced, and fans wonder what they will bring next to the show.
According to TV Line's Michael Ausiello, the three new characters are Charles Mahoney, who is said to be Ivy League-educated, and his parents, George and Beverly, who are said to be "super-rich." Since the details about the Mahoney family are limited, Ausiello can't help but tease the fans. "Could these be Annalise's Next Big Clients? Or might they somehow be related to the recently murdered ADA Emily Sinclair?" he said. Viewers definitely have a lot to speculate on, since it will still be a month before "How to Get Away With Murder" returns.
ABC also posted a list of questions that they say the upcoming episode "will surely answer," and one of them will tell Annalise (Viola Davis) and Eve's (Famke Janssen) involvement with Wes (Alfred Enoch) and his mother in the past. Viewers also wonder if Wes or Annalise's other law students, Connor (Jack Falahee), Laurel (Karla Souza), Michaela (Aja Naomi King), and Asher (Matt McGorry), will still work together, following the second murder that they had to cover up.
Meanwhile, Mother Jones predicts that "How to Get Away With Murder" will emerge on top this year. The website said that besides having diverse characters on the show — rich, poor, straight, gay, white, brown, black — the series also shows characters that are refusing to conform to what the society expects them to be, which is exactly why fans got hooked since the start. With such promising cast and story lines, the second half of season 2 is something that viewers are already looking forward to.
"How to Get Away With Murder" season 2B will return on Feb. 11, Thursday, on ABC.
