'How to Get Away With Murder' Spoilers: Alfred Enoch Talks About His Character
Star of the hit series "How to Get Away With Murder" Alfred Enoch recently shared some details about his character.
As reported by Variety, Enoch explained an exciting teaser that could open another story line for the series. He explained that Wes will have another reason for why he shot Annalise Keating, played by Viola Davis.
The previous episode showed Annalise telling Wes to shoot her in order to cover up for Emily Sinclair's, played by Sarah Burns, death. He was hesitant to do the deed, as it could create more problems. However, Annalise revealed a secret that motivated him to shoot her. She told him that Rebecca, played by Katie Findlay, had been dead all along, meaning that she was lying to him all this time.
When Enoch was asked whether he believed that Wes wanted to kill Annalise, he replied, "I think it's difficult to differentiate those things. I want people to have the freedom to interpret it how they want, but he certainly goes over to her to finish off the job. I genuinely think his intention is to kill her."
He was also asked how his reaction was when he read the script. He explained that he was somewhat satisfied because she was an obstacle that needed to be dealt with.
Meanwhile, the executive producer of the series Pete Nowalk recently shared some details about the second half of season 2. He explained that the end of the season will finally end the Hapstall case. It will also reveal details about what happened to Wes and Annalise.
With that, fans will have to wait until next year in order to witness more exciting events in the hit series.
"How to Get Away With Murder" season 2 is expected to return on ABC in Feb. 11, 2016.
