"The millennial workforce is clamoring for stylish devices that inspire creativity and an open exchange of ideas, and employers are demanding technology that looks beautiful in their open floor plans yet are powerful and secure with no barriers to their employees' productivity," said Alex Cho, vice president and general manager of Commercial PCs for HP.

The EliteOne 800 G3 features a 23.8-inch diagonal touchscreen display with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. The display can also be configured with a non-glare touchscreen display to improve readability under harsh lighting and reduce eye strain caused by computer use.

In terms of design, HP's new AIO PC features a thin and elegant design with a slim profile and a micro-bezel border. Moreover, the machine is durable as it was designed to pass military standard (MIL-STD) 810G testing.

The Elite 800 G3 is powered by Intel's seventh-generation Kaby Lake processors with specific choices ranging from Core i3-7100, i3-7300, i3-7320, i5-7500, i5-7600 and i7-7700. The chips are paired with Intel HD Graphics 630 but the AIO PC can house the AMD Radeon RX 460 GFX graphics processing unit (GPU) with 2 GB of dedicated random-access memory (RAM).

The business PC can support up to 32 GB of random-access memory (RAM) and can be configured with up to 1 TB of solid-state hybrid drive (SSHD) or up to 512 GB of solid state drive (SSD) memory.

To ensure that data is protected against theft, attacks and unauthorized use, HP has equipped the EliteOne 800 G3 with HP Sure Start Gen3, HP Manageability Integration Kit, HP client Security Suite Gen3 and HP WorkWise, among other programs. A fingerprint reader also adds another layer of security for users.

Furthermore, the AIO PC can be availed with optional front and rear-facing 2-megapixel high-definition (HD) webcams. The front webcam comes with an infrared (IR) sensor that allows access to the computer via facial recognition instead of passwords.

The device supports a variety of operating systems including Windows 10 Pro, Windows 10 Home, Windows 7, FreeDOS 2.0 and NeoKylin Linux 64.

The HP EliteOne 800 G3 is now available to purchase with a starting price of $1,049.
