HTC Reportedly Plans to Release Phablet, the Hima Ace Plus
HTC will reportedly unveil its flagship phablet HTC Hima Ace Plus also dubbed as HTC One M9 Max.
The 5.5-inch phablet will reportedly run with Quad HD display with 2560 x 1440 display resolution and 534 pixels per inch. Aside from that, it will reportedly have a bezel-free screen for smooth navigation.
As for the processor, the HTC Hima Ace Plus will reportedly run with 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 10 plus 3 GB of RAM. There are no reports yet about a microSD slot but based on HTC One M8, the phablet may possibly have one.
As for the camera, the rear one will reportedly have 20 megapixels while the front cam will be 4 megapixels. Considering the specs of the cameras, users are in for a good selfie and quality images. The HTC Hima Ace Plus' battery will be 3000mAh.
In addition, there are speculations that the device will arrive with a fingerprint scanner that can be used even if the screen is turned off. Speculations also rose that there will be BoomSound stereo speakers.
HTC Hima Ace Plus is a bigger version of the smartphone HTC One M9. The latter will have a 5-inch display and will have a similar processor with the Ace Plus, C Net reported.
As for the storage of HTC One M9, users can reportedly choose between 32 GB and 64 GB. For expansion, there will be a microSD slot available that can be loaded up to 128 GB.
The battery is said to be a 3,500mAh type and the speakers will use Bose technology. The camera will be slightly inferior from the Ace Plus with just 16 megapixels but it will still be able to take great photos with a pixel resolution of 2,560 x 1,440.
Rumors say that the HTC One M9 will be released first at the Mobile World Congress this March while the HTC Hima Ace Plus will be unveiled on August or September.
