Human Barbie Fake Claims are False? (Previous Interview Video Addressing Claims)

Valeria Lukyanova has become famous by modeling herself after a Barbie doll. But critics claim that she is not real. The recent objection came from an online video, which was presented as proof that Lukyanova is fake, but other videos exist as well that could prove otherwise.

A website called The Dirty proclaimed to have come across a new video of Lukyanova, proving that she was fake. The website claimed that that Lukyanova digitally edited her photos in order to bare a resemblance to Barbie, but that she looked much different in real life.

"Her videos aren't photoshopped. Does she still look the same? Not only are her looks fake/photoshopped this girl is also mentally insane," the website declared.

However Lukyanova appears to have uploaded the video herself at some point suggesting that she probably was not trying to hide something. There are also several other videos featuring Lukyanova that do bare a greater resemblance to her photos.

Lukyanova herself did a recent interview during which she stated that her looks had little to do with her popularity.

"There are many good-looking young women, but why are they completely unknown?" she said in an interview with "V" Magazine. "Because looks are just a bonus."

Lukyanova also defended herself during the interview, regarding people's accusations that she is fake.

"There are plenty of video clips on the Internet showing what I really look like. Some people even spread rumors about me and retouch my pictures to hurt me. But I don't take them seriously. I'm even flattered!" she said.

"Many people say bad things about people who want to perfect themselves. It's hard work, but they dismiss it as something done by surgeons or computer artists," she added. "This is how they justify not wanting to strive for self-improvement. It's how they explain their continued inaction. It's just an excuse."
