In The Next Episode Of 'The Flash,' Barry/Flash Gets Double-Crossed By A 'Family Of Rogues'

In the third episode of "The Flash" Season 2, Flash is double-crossed by the Snart family as Captain Cold is kidnapped. Michael Ironside and Peyton List are the guest stars in this episode, essaying the role of Lewis Snart and Lisa Snart respectively.

The official synopsis of this episode goes as follows: "When Barry (Grant Gustin) and the team find out Captain Cold (guest star Wentworth Miller) has been kidnapped, they form an uneasy alliance with his sister, Lisa (guest star Peyton List). However, Barry feels double-crossed when he finds out Snart is working with his father, Lewis Snart (guest star Michael Ironside) on a heist. Meanwhile, Joe (Jesse L. Martin) is faced with a difficult decision."

The title of the third episode of "The Flash" is "Family Of Rogues" and for Barry/Flash, the Snart family is the cause of all troubles next week. Captain Cold, played by Wentworth Miller, makes a return and he is definitely on the list of favourite villains this season. Captain Cold returns to find himself in a tight corner and is kidnapped, which is something ironic given that he is a villain.

Barry and his team decide to help the villain's sister find her baddie brother. The team is not too happy with this task though. Soon enough, their suspicion is proven correct when Barry comes to learn that he has been double-crossed by Captain Cold, who has actually teamed up with his villainous father, Lewis Snart, played by Michael Ironside. The father-son duo are actually planning a heist.

Barry is shocked by this double-crossing and Captain Cold tries to assure Barry that people will not be killed if he is left alone. Barry tells him, "Your dad won't care if people die. I will take you down."

When father and son are caught, Captain Cold freezes The Flash, with Lewis Snart commenting, "I didn't think you had it in you, son."

The last episode also saw the entry of Joe West's ex-wife and Lisa's mother, indicating some family problems for Joe. It also saw the return of Harrison Wells, just as Barry, Jay and others are talking about Zoom.

So will viewers get to see more of this character this season?

This episode, "Family Of Rogues," of the second season of "The Flash," airs on October 20.
