On the other hand, the Pacers have lost much of their bite due to player movement during summer. However, they still can be one of the better teams as new players have stepped up to help carry the load for this proud franchise.
For the Pacers, much of that load is on the shoulders of Paul George. The star small forward has been impressive after recovering from his gruesome injuries months back.
After breaking his leg, George has recovered well and has converted his game to reach new heights as he is one of the better players in the league. His performances carry the Pacers to heights and Indiana need great performances from him in order to improve their current status.
For Washington, John Wall is their franchise guard and the often-overlooked star is trying to remind everyone why he is considered as one of the elite. His flashy ball-handling skills paired with great finishing makes him one of the more exciting players to watch.
In their first meeting this season, the Pacers dominated en route to a 123-106 victory and will look to get another victory over the Wizards.
