A new photo that originated from French site Nowhereelse.fr displays what could be the batteries for the upcoming iPhone 6.
These batteries in the picture closely resemble others found on previous iPhone models. They also show that the metallic section found on current iPhones has been moved to the side of these new ones, which indicates that the next model will have a different form factor.
If this image turns out not to be a fake, previous rumors of Apple beginning production on components for the device early this year will be proven true.

The iPhone 6 price could be raised to $300 for customers purchasing the device through AT&T, Verizon and Sprint.
A new report reveals that Apple is currently negotiating with wireless carriers to raise the on-contract price of the flagship smartphone from $200 to $300. Claims analyst Peter Misek reported the information through StreetInsider. Carriers are reportedly having a rough time coming up on the price, according to the report.
"The possibility may at first seem far-fetched in light of investor concerns regarding possible carrier subsidy and handset price cuts due to smartphone saturation and lack of differentiation," said Misek. "But we think this general lack of differentiation could be the reason why Apple may be able to get a price-increase. Carriers realize that the iPhone 6 will likely be the only headline-worthy high-end phone launched this year and that they will lose [subscribers] if they do not offer it."
Apple is expected to launch two different iPhone models this year including 4.7-inch and 5.7-inch models. The company seems to be releasing two different models to better compete with Samsung, who has enjoyed much success with the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy S5.
