'iZombie' Season 2 Episode 4 Spoilers: Liv Turns Into A Country Singer, Clive Finds New Love Interest?
The fourth episode of "iZombie" Season 2 is going to be filled with music and singing as Liv Moore, played by Rose McIver, turns into a country singer. According to a spoiler report by Fashion & Style, the episode titled "Even Cowgirls Get the Black and Blues" will have the medical examiner zombie doing some singing as she eats the brain of a country singing waitress who was murdered.
She will be helping detective Clive Babineaux (Malcom Goodwin) solve the case and find the killer who targets Southern singers. And because she has acquired the musical skills of the murdered singing waitress, she will be showing off her new talent by picking up a guitar and performing in front of a crowd.
Fans are now wondering if McIver can really sing. Fortunately, Comic Book has got that covered. In its interview with her, the actress revealed that she loves singing. "I've kind of always sung bits and pieces and like a few chunks of bands' or people's music or whatever, but I haven't done it seriously or with any diligence. Again, a great thing about this job is being able to pick something up again for a couple of weeks and dabble," McIver said.
She also shared how a little nerve-wracking it was to sing as her character. But overall, she thought it was a great opportunity and they even wrote a beautiful song for her to sing.
Meanwhile, Season 2 of "iZombie" is finally going to touch more of Clive's life and who he really is. For starters, the synopsis of the upcoming episode revealed that the detective will "meet a female FBI agent who will be working out of his office." Design & Trend hinted that this new character could be Clive's love interest which was first teased by executive producer Rob Thomas during the San Diego Comic Con held last July.
Fans will know more about it when "iZombie" airs on Tuesday, 9 p.m. on The CW.
