'iZombie' Season 4 Spoilers: Seattle to Hail Liv as Savior?

More people and zombies will know the role that Liv Moore (Rose McIver) played to keep the peace in the city in the upcoming season of "iZombie."

After keeping her valor a secret for quite some time, it is time for Liv to receive the commendation she deserves in the new installment. According to Hidden Remote, her part in solving undead cases under the human's radar for years will finally be exposed. Since Seattle is now infested by zombies, there is no need to hide Liv's true identity anymore. McIver said, though, that all the praises would not go to her character's head. Liv would try to remain down to earth and continue to do her job.

"Now that other zombies are partnering with detectives, I think that [Liv] will be potentially a little bit prudent, but also pretty proud that she's pioneered this whole new way of solving crimes. [She'll finally be] understood and validated in what she does," McIver said.

Aside from her usual police assignments, Liv is expected to help Chase Graves (Jason Dohring) in managing both the human and zombie population in the city. After the outbreak, Seattle has been walled off from the rest of the world. Chase is set to take the reigns and make sure that peace will be possible, even under the less than satisfactory circumstances. He and Liv will reportedly not see eye to eye on many things, but they will still support each other.

In fact, their romance may even bloom, since the attraction between them is quite obvious. McIver has teased that Liv likes Chase very much. She also respects his authority. Although both will be busy fulfilling their roles in a zombie-infested Seattle, they may still find time to get to know each other more and explore their blossoming feelings.

"iZombie" Season 4 is expected to air early 2018 on The CW.
