"Jane the Virgin" season 2's next episode will see Jane's romantic life becoming even more complicated with her growing feelings for her English professor.
Jane (Gina Rodriguez) will begin noticing her feelings for Prof. Chavez (Adam Rodriguez) when she starts dreaming about him, despite her initial bad impression of him. The next episode of "Jane the Virgin" season 2 will see Jane starting to acknowledge her attraction to the English professor even as she is still torn between her two other love interests, according to Christian Today.
In the previous episode, Jane decided to enter the dating scene. Her best friend Lina apparently convinced her to begin seeing guys again. Lina made a dating profile for her, but when Jane zeroed in on one guy, he later on dropped her. Jane eventually ended up spending time with Dax at a bar, but he did not make a good impression because he mentioned his girlfriend after the two of them kissed, Movie News Guide recalls.

At present, Jane is left to decide between Rafael (Justin Baldoni) and Michael (Brett Dier). Since Mateo's father has made a lot of mistakes recently, Michael will be her best bet. But it remains to be seen if Prof. Chavez will be part of her choices, too.
A promotional video for the next episode of "Jane the Virgin" season 2 shows Xiomara (Andrea Navedo) giving her daughter a few tips in dealing with the men in her life. The clip also shows Jane and Jonathan having a moment together in which they are standing close together and he leads her to the car with his hand on her waist, the report details.
When Jonathan leans in to open the car door, Jane misinterprets the move and decides to go for a kiss, but accidentally kisses his collarbone. This becomes a moment of confusion for Jonathan, as shown in the promo.
Meanwhile, Rogelio (Jaime Camil) is getting ready to propose, but Mateo accidentally swallows the engagement ring. The next episode will reveal what will happen to the baby as the family hurries to the emergency room.
