'Jane the Virgin' Season 2 Spoilers: Jane Has Difficulty Finding a Nanny Who Meets Her Expectations
The new chapter in Jane's life has brought challenges as seen in the previous episode of "Jane the Virgin."
Titled "Chapter 28," the previous episode of the hit series showed Jane, played by Gina Rodriguez, starting her journey in graduate school. However, it did not go as smoothly as planned when she showed up late. Her tardiness had a bad impression to her new professor, Jonathan Chavez, played by Adam Rodriguez.
Unfortunately, the impression on her only got worse when she had to answer a call in the middle of class. The episode showed Jane picking up a call from Mateo's pediatrician, which was not accepted by her new professor.
Meanwhile, Jane also had a realization about Mateo while she and Rafael, played by Justin Baldoni, started estate planning. Jane became worried that he was going to be spoiled because he was destined to inherit millions of dollars. The upside was that fans got to see more of Jane and Rafael's relationship and how it has progressed after the arrival of their baby.
According to TV Guide, the upcoming episode of "Jane the Virgin" will have Jane and Rafael faced with another decision. Titled "Chapter Twenty Nine," the episode will show Jane and Rafael in search for a nanny for Mateo, which is due to the fact that the doctor diagnosed him with a flat head in the previous season.
However, it seems as though the couple will have a hard time finding a nanny. While there are many capable nannies available, Jane seems to have high standards on who will be taking care of Mateo. With her hectic schedule in graduate school, she is determined to find someone who she can trust.
The synopsis for the upcoming episode reads, "Babysitters are interviewed by Jane and Rafael, but Jane's high expectations are hard to meet. Meanwhile, Rogelio comes to a crossroads in his life; Jane searches for a writing adviser at a Christmas party; and Petra's plan to befriend Jane backfires."
"Jane the Virgin" season 2 airs on The CW every Monday.
