Jay-Z Denies Beyonce Pregnancy Rumors? 'The News is Worse Than Blogs'

Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter reportedly denied that he and Beyonce are expecting a second child following weeks of ongoing speculation.

The hip-hop mogul, 43, reportedly dispelled rumors in an email to Hot 97 Program Director, Ebro Darden. E! News claimed it had confirmation the Beyonce, 31, is pregnant on Friday, but Jay-Z appears to have set the record straight.

"I emailed on some congratulations, send my love to the family, blah, blah, blah. He emailed me back and said it's not true," Ebro revealed via the hit New York radio station. He quoted Jay-Z as saying "It's not true. The news is worse than blogs."

Representatives for Beyonce and Jay-Z, who share a 1-year-old daughter, have yet to confirm or deny the rumors publically. However, Beyonce shared a cryptic message on social networking site Instagram Saturday which alluded to the pregnancy rumors.

"I can't stop the rumors from starting, and I can't really change people's minds who believe them, all I can do is sit back and laugh at these low life people who have nothing better to do than talk about me," Beyonce allegedly wrote in a post that was quickly deleted.

On May 14, the singer was forced to cancel a concert in Belgium for the first time ever after being advised to do so by doctors. Her representative cited "dehydration" and "exhaustion" as the reasons behind the cancellation, but fans continued to question whether the cancellation was pregnancy-related.

Just one day prior The New York Post's Page Six claimed "multiple sources" within the music industry confirmed she and her husband Jay-Z, 43, are expecting their second child.

Various photographs of Beyonce have surfaced in recent weeks and they appear to show the singer with a slight baby bump. It is unclear whether the photos are doctored or legitimate.
