Beyonce, 31, and Jay-Z welcomes their first child in January 2012. Carter described the Hollywood power couple's daughter as being "smart."

"The amazing thing about being a grandmother is that you go get the kids, but when you're tired, you can take them home!" she said with a laugh.

"She's very very smart but [the TV show Babies Choice] teaches the babies that when you say hello, that means you're going to be around. But when you say, 'bye bye,' it means you're going to disappear. So when you're around her, when she looks at you and she's tired of you, she looks at you and she says, 'bye bye!'" she continued. "So with me I'm like, 'No bye bye! No bye bye!'" she added, laughing.

Beyonce has always been open about her plans to expand her family and a new report claims the Grammy award-winning singer is expecting her second child.

"I think so!" Carter said in response to whether Beyonce and Jay-Z plan to have more children.

The New York Post's Page Six cited "multiple sources" within the music industry as allegedly having confirmed that Beyonce is indeed pregnant Monday. Her publicist has yet to address the reports though.

"I think my daughter needs some company. I definitely love being a big sister," Beyonce recently told "Good Morning America" co-host Amy Robach about having another baby. "At some point, when it's supposed to happen."
