Jeremy Lin News: Hornets Point Guard 'Domesticated' On 'Super Bowl 50' Night
Just before the onset of "Super Bowl 50," Charlotte Hornets point guard Jeremy Lin posted on Twitter a photo of him standing in the kitchen with a wide-array of ingredients, suggesting that he was about to cook up something for his "homies."

The photo was captioned: "About to break it down in the kitchen for the homies @SuperBowl #SB50 #domesticated."

While Lin didn't exactly mention what culinary creation he was planning to come up with, the photo suggested that he could be whipping up some dish involving onions, bell pepper, Old Bay seasoning, and eggs. Also seen in the uploaded pic were a pineapple, a bag of chips, and other unrecognizable greens.
When the biggest and highly anticipated sporting event called "Super Bowl 50" ended, Lin tweeted and commended Peyton Manning's excellent performance.
"Was rooting for the Panthers but gotta respect Peyton Manning... classy guy," he said in his post.
Prior to his becoming "domesticated" on the night of the "Super Bowl 50," Lin made headlines after his benching during the Hornets' match with the Miami Heat. Sportige has opined that, for a player who always seems happy and energetic for his teammates, it was obvious that Lin wasn't having fun at all after being pulled out from the game and returned more than 35 minutes later, and that killed his game. Lin had started the game with two misses and was pulled out immediately. He only contributed a total of six points on one-of-six from the field and three assists.
Sportige further commented that the Hornets' game that night, which ended in a three-point loss to Miami, wasn't a very impressive one for Lin and his team. The website also noted that the game could have made it dawn on Lin that the best way he can experience his right place in the team is only when his other teammates are injured.
