'Jersey Shore' Deena Cortese Pleads Guilty After Drunken Arrest

Deena Cortese will not face criminal charges following her June 10 arrest for disorderly conduct in New Jersey.

The "Jersey Shore" star had her disorderly conduct charge dropped in a N.J. court on Tuesday, and instead pleaded guilty to "title 39" which was imposed for her failure to use a sidewalk. She was fined $139 and was subsequently let go, according to TMZ.

Cortese, who is renowned for her drunken antics on the hit MTV reality TV show, apologized for "causing any trouble." The 25-year-old was spotted by police on June 10 standing in the middle of a Seaside Heights street and slapping cars as they drove by.

Local police, who confirmed that the reality star was "intoxicated" upon her arrest, was given a summons and released after her parents bailed her out.

Police Chief Tommy Boyd said that Cortese was "a little intoxicated," and added that while it was "nothing major... we can't put up with it."

Cortese's arrest came just days after her MTV co-stars Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Pauly D, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Mike "The Situation" Santino were involved in a "massive" bar brawl at Seaside Heights hotspot Bamboo Bar, according to Us Weekly magazine.

The group is reportedly temporarily living in the area to participate in filming for the final season of "Jersey Shore."

"It started as a small fight, then turned into a massive brawl. Jenni's boyfriend [Rodger] beat up a few guys, Pauly knocked some guy out, [and] Ronnie [and] Sitch were all there as well, fighting off guys. Jenni sprained her ankle. It was rough," a source told US.

"These drunk guys saw the cameras and started taunting the girls. Then, they started bothering Ronnie, Vinny, The Sitch, and Pauly," the source added.

The reality stars reportedly tried to ignore the drunks but eventually the incident got out of hand.

"They came back and got in their faces. Rodger and Ryan [Labbe, from MTV's The Pauly D Project] stepped up and all hell broke loose," the insider said. "It became a club-wide brawl … Ronnie, Sitch, Ryan, Rodger and Pauly were fighting five guys, and bouncers too … Jenni was fighting with the guys."
